How it works
Step 1: Enquiry (free)
Share where you’d like to go, when you’re hoping to travel, who’s travelling, and your budget range.
Step 2: Fit check (free)
We review your request and confirm whether it’s a good fit. If it is, we outline the next steps. We may decline requests where the budget doesn't realistically match the destination, the timeline is too tight for visa processing, or the trip type falls outside our experience.
Step 3: Paid planning stage
Once the planning fee is confirmed, we begin building your trip structure: routes, accommodation shortlist, experience flow, and cost breakdown.

Step 4: Booking & final prep
After approval, we move into bookings and confirmations, and you receive your final trip guide.
Pricing guidance
Because every trip is different, final trip costs depend on destination, season, length of stay, and what you want included.
Guide prices for total trip costs (excluding flights, visas, and planning fee):
-
Short getaways: from £400 per person
-
Couple getaways: from £1,200 per couple
What's typically included:
-
Accommodation (3–5 nights depending on trip length)
-
Curated experiences and activities
-
Airport transfers and local transport, where appropriate
Not included by default: Flights, travel insurance, visas, meals (unless specified), or the planning & coordination fee
Example: A 5-night Morocco trip for two, including riads, desert excursions, activities, and transfers, typically costs £1,400–£1,800 per couple (excluding flights and planning fee).
Schengen Visa Navigation
Getting a Schengen visa appointment has become genuinely difficult. Germany, Netherlands, France: popular consulates often have no available dates for weeks or months.
This service is for travellers who have tried and hit a wall, or who simply do not have the time to keep refreshing consulate websites hoping a slot appears.
What we do
-
Search across multiple Schengen consulates to find an available appointment date
-
Book a placeholder hotel for the duration shown on your application
-
Prepare a basic itinerary covering your intended dates
-
Write a cover letter for your application
-
Provide a checklist of supporting documents you will need to gather yourself
What this is not
-
We do not submit your application on your behalf
-
We do not guarantee a visa will be approved. That decision rests entirely with the consulate
-
We do not provide immigration legal advice
The hotel booking and itinerary we provide are entry documents. They meet consulate requirements and present your application professionally. If you choose to use them as your actual accommodation and travel plan, that is your decision. Our service covers the application stage only.

Important timelines
-
Schengen visas should be applied for no earlier than 6 months and no later than 15 days before travel
-
Processing typically takes 15 calendar days, though some consulates take longer
-
If your travel date is within 6 weeks of enquiring, contact us before booking. We will advise honestly on whether the timeline is workable
How to get started
-
Submit an enquiry using the form below. Select "Visa guidance" under support type. The visa-specific fields will appear.
-
Tell us your intended travel dates, target country, and which consulates you have already tried.
-
We will confirm whether we can help and outline next steps within 48 hours.

What Our Travellers Say
FAQs
Click the plus icon to view the answer.
Do you plan trips to any destination? We plan trips we can deliver well. Share the destination you’re considering in your enquiry, and we’ll confirm honestly whether it’s a good fit.
How far in advance should I enquire? Ideally 8–12 weeks before travel, especially if a visa is required. Some destinations and seasons may require longer lead times.
Which destinations do you have experience planning trips for? We’ve planned trips across Europe, North Africa, and selected long-haul destinations. This includes Morocco, Albania, Montenegro, Malta, Spain, Gibraltar, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Thailand, among others.
Can I request help with just part of my trip? Yes. You can request support for specific elements such as accommodation shortlisting, route planning, experiences, or visa guidance.
Do you help with visas? Yes. We provide visa-aware planning—timelines, requirement checklists, and coordination to ensure your trip works with processing windows. We do not submit applications or guarantee approvals. All visa applications remain your responsibility.
Is the planning fee refundable? No. The planning fee covers professional trip design and research and is non-refundable.
When will I receive my itinerary? Detailed itineraries, accommodation options, and route planning are shared after the paid planning stage is confirmed.
Can you work with my budget? We’ll always be honest. If your budget doesn’t realistically match the destination, season, or level of comfort you’re hoping for, we’ll tell you early.
What does hands-on support actually mean? It means we do not hand you a document and disappear. Once your trip is planned, we handle pre-bookings and send you confirmation details. During your trip, we are reachable at key moments: transfers, check-ins, early departures. If something is not right on the ground, you have someone who actually knows your trip to contact.
Are the hotel and itinerary you provide real, or just for the application? They are prepared to meet consulate requirements. The hotel booking is valid and the itinerary covers your application dates professionally. If you choose to use them as your actual accommodation and travel plan, that is your decision. We prepare them for application purposes; what you do with them beyond that is entirely up to you.
How do I get started? Submit the enquiry form on this page. We’ll review your request and confirm next steps within 48 hours.
What is PayPal Pay Later, and does it change your policies? PayPal Pay Later is a financing option offered directly by PayPal. If you choose this option, your agreement is with PayPal, not TravelWithAuntie. All TravelWithAuntie payment terms, deposit rules, cancellation policies, and refund conditions apply in full, regardless of the payment method used.
What is included in the Visa Navigation service? We search for an available Schengen consulate appointment across multiple countries, book a placeholder hotel for your application dates, prepare a basic itinerary, and write a cover letter. We also provide a checklist of supporting documents you will need to gather yourself. We do not submit the application or guarantee approval. That is in the hands of the consulate.
Can I get both Visa Navigation and a full customised trip? Yes. Some clients need the visa sorted first, then want us to design the actual trip. These are two separate services with separate fees. If you need both, let us know in your enquiry and we will sequence them properly.
