How Our Group Trips Work

Group trips are curated experiences with fixed dates, planned routes, and a small group of travellers.

They’re ideal if you want:

  • To meet like-minded people

  • A well-planned trip without having to design it yourself

Step 1: Explore Upcoming Group Trips

Browse our upcoming group trips and choose the one that fits your schedule and interests.

Each trip page includes:

  • Destinations & dates

  • What’s included

  • Group size

  • Price range

  • Visa considerations (if applicable)

Step 2: Secure Your Spot

Once you’re ready, you’ll:​

  • Complete the booking process

  • Receive confirmation and next steps

  • Get added to the trip communication channel

 

Spaces are limited to keep the experience personal.

Step 3: Prepare & Travel

We handle:

  • Accommodation

  • Experiences and logistics

  • On-ground coordination

  • Airport transfers (for the group flight)

 

You book your flight (we tell you which one), then focus on showing up and enjoying the journey.

How Customised Trips Work

Customised trips are bespoke travel plans designed around you — your dates, pace, and preferences.

This option is best if you:

  • Want full control over your itinerary

  • Are travelling as a couple, family, or private group

  • Need visa guidance or complex routing

Step 1: Submit a Trip Enquiry

Start by completing the Customised Trips enquiry form.

 

You’ll share:

  • Destination(s)

  • Travel dates or flexibility

  • Group size

  • Estimated budget

  • Type of support you need

Step 2: Fit Check (within 48 hours)

We review your request to confirm whether we’re a good fit.

If we are:

  • We confirm next steps

  • Share the planning fee

  • Outline what the planning stage includes

Step 3: Paid Planning Stage

Once the planning fee is confirmed, we begin designing your trip.

 

This includes:

  • Route & itinerary structure

  • Accommodation options

  • Experience planning

  • Flight recommendations

  • Initial cost breakdown

  • Visa guidance where applicable

 

Detailed itineraries and hotel options are provided after the paid planning stage begins.

Step 4: Review, Refine & Book

You review the plan, request adjustments, and once approved:

  • We finalise bookings or guide you through them

  • Confirm timelines and travel details
