TravelWithAuntie may receive personal information from a lead traveller or person making an enquiry on behalf of other travellers. This may include names, contact details, children’s ages, passport nationality, departure cities and trip preferences needed to plan the trip.
How long we keep information
TravelWithAuntie keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide services, respond to enquiries, manage customer relationships, deal with complaints or claims, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Enquiry information is usually kept for up to 12 months. Customer trip planning records and payment-related records may be kept for up to 6 years. Marketing information is kept until the person unsubscribes or asks for their details to be removed. Information that is no longer needed will be securely deleted or anonymised where possible.
