  • A trip you want to book yourself

  • A trip where you need researched options, not full travel support

 

This is not the right fit if you need visa application support, bookings made for you, revisions, support during the trip, more than 4 travellers, or a multi-destination itinerary.

Your options are researched, organised and sense-checked.

Step 4: Receive your plan within 5 working days

You receive a clear, ready-to-book plan with options, notes and booking links. No hidden markups. No commission added. Full control of your spend.

Step 5: One small adjustment or clarification is included

You can request one small adjustment or clarification within 48 hours of delivery. This can cover correcting a detail, clarifying an option, or swapping one recommendation if it does not match the information provided in your trip form.

Not sure what the trip should cost?

That is okay. You do not need to know the exact budget before starting.

 

If you already have a budget, the plan will be researched around it.

If you do not know what is realistic, the plan will show options at different price points so you can decide what works before booking.

What this does not include

The £199 Ready-to-Book Trip Plan does not include:

  • Visa application support

  • Visa form filling

  • Visa appointment booking

  • Document preparation

  • Bookings made on your behalf

  • Ongoing travel support

  • Full re-planning after delivery

  • Changes to destination, dates, departure cities or traveller details after the plan has been researched

 

One small adjustment or clarification is included within 48 hours of delivery.

This does not include a full re-plan, change of destination, change of dates, new traveller details, new departure cities, or a completely different budget after the plan has been researched.

However, your plan will include a visa, transit and entry checklist so each traveller knows what they may need to check before booking.

  • Delivered within 5 working days after payment and completed trip details are received
