Who is Travelwithauntie for? Travelwithauntie is for people who want travel planned properly with clarity, structure, and support. Our travellers value ease, realistic timelines, and thoughtful planning over last-minute decisions.
Do you plan trips for solo travellers, couples, and groups? Yes. We plan trips for solo travellers, couples, families, friends, and small private groups, as well as curated group trips with fixed dates.
Where are you based, and who can travel with you? We are UK-based, and many of our travellers are based in the UK and Ireland. EU-based travellers are also welcome to join selected group trips or customised plans.
Do you help with visas? Yes. We provide visa-aware planning—timelines, requirement checklists, and coordination to ensure your trip works with processing windows. We do not submit applications or guarantee approvals. All visa applications remain your responsibility.
How far in advance should I book or enquire? Ideally, 8–12 weeks before travel. Some destinations, seasons, and visa requirements may require longer lead times.
Group Trips FAQs

What are group trips? Group trips are curated travel experiences with fixed dates, planned routes, and a small group of travellers. They are designed for people who want structure, connection, and ease without having to plan everything themselves.
How big are your group trips? Group sizes are intentionally kept small to maintain comfort and a personal experience. Exact group size is always stated on the individual trip page.
What’s included in a group trip? Inclusions vary by trip and are clearly listed on each group trip page. This typically includes accommodation, selected activities, in-country transportation, transfers, and group coordination. Flights are booked separately. We tell you exactly which flight to book so the group travels together.
Do I need travel insurance for a group trip? Yes. Travel insurance is required for all group trips.
What happens after I book a group trip? Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation, key timelines, and trip-specific information. Closer to departure, you’ll receive final logistics and practical guidance.
Can I transfer or cancel my spot on a group trip? Transfer and cancellation terms vary by trip and are outlined clearly on each group trip page before booking.

Can I book flights myself? Yes. We provide flight recommendations and guidance, and you book directly. This gives you full control over luggage allowances, seat selection, and airline preferences.
