Paid services
Paid TravelWithAuntie services may be agreed through:
-
a website purchase
-
a payment link
-
an invoice
-
an enquiry form
-
an email agreement
-
a proposal
-
a service description
-
a written agreement between you and TravelWithAuntie
Where a specific service page, proposal, invoice, email, or written agreement sets out the scope, price, deliverables, or timeline for a service, those specific terms will apply to that service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written scope agreed with you, the specific written scope will take priority for that service.
Scope of services
TravelWithAuntie will provide the services and deliverables described in the relevant service page, payment page, invoice, proposal, email, or written agreement.
Services may include, for example:
-
Ready-to-Book Trip Plans
-

-
group trip planning
-
destination research
-
flight and accommodation research

Anything not expressly included in the agreed scope is not included.
Additional work, extra revisions, new destinations, new dates, additional travellers, changes to departure cities, urgent turnaround, complex visa issues, extra meetings, or changes to the agreed scope may require a separate fee.
Ready-to-Book Trip Plan
The Ready-to-Book Trip Plan is a self-booking travel planning service.
Unless stated otherwise on the relevant service page, the Ready-to-Book Trip Plan covers:
-
one trip
-
one destination
-
up to 4 travellers
-
up to 2 UK departure cities
-
researched options and booking links
-
delivery within 5 working days after payment and receipt of all required trip details
The Ready-to-Book Trip Plan may include flight options, accommodation options, area guidance, airport transfer guidance, a simple day-by-day outline, booking links, and a visa, transit and entry checklist.
You are responsible for booking everything yourself. TravelWithAuntie does not make bookings on your behalf under this service.
For the Ready-to-Book Trip Plan only, one correction or clarification is included within 48 hours of delivery.
This may include correcting a factual detail, clarifying an option in the plan, or replacing one recommendation if it clearly does not match the information provided in your trip form.
This does not include a full re-plan, change of destination, change of dates, new traveller details, new departure cities, a new budget, additional accommodation searches, additional flight searches, or a substantially different trip after research has started.
Trip Planning Only, Visa Navigation and other services
Trip Planning Only, Visa Navigation, Visa Navigation and Full Trip Planning, group trips, customised trips, and any other services will be governed by the scope set out on the relevant service page, proposal, invoice, payment page, itinerary page, email, or written agreement.
These services may include different revision allowances, support periods, customer responsibilities, exclusions, timelines, or delivery arrangements.
If a specific service includes one round of revisions, hands-on support, visa navigation support, booking support, group support, or support during key travel moments, this will be set out in the relevant service description or written agreement.
Visa, transit and entry information
TravelWithAuntie may provide visa, transit and entry checklists or visa navigation support depending on the service purchased.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, TravelWithAuntie does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, visa application guarantees, visa decision guarantees, or advice regulated by immigration law.
Visa, transit and entry information is provided to help you understand what you may need to check or prepare. You are responsible for checking official government, embassy, consulate, visa centre, airline, and destination guidance before booking or travelling.
Where visa navigation support is included, the service may help you understand the process, organise information, prepare for next steps, or identify relevant requirements. It does not guarantee appointment availability, visa approval, processing times, embassy decisions, border decisions, or travel permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that all traveller information, passport details, travel history, documents, forms, appointment details, and supporting evidence are accurate and complete.
Prices, availability and travel changes
Travel prices, flight times, accommodation availability, transfer options, visa requirements, entry rules, baggage rules, cancellation policies, and supplier terms can change at any time.
TravelWithAuntie cannot guarantee that a price, option, hotel, flight, room, route, appointment, or supplier will remain available after a plan is delivered.
You should check all live prices, terms, policies, and requirements directly with the supplier before booking.
TravelWithAuntie is not responsible for changes made by airlines, hotels, booking platforms, embassies, visa centres, governments, transport providers, tour companies, or other third parties.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, payment link, invoice link, or another payment method made available by TravelWithAuntie.
TravelWithAuntie may pause or delay work until payment has been received.
Where payment is overdue, TravelWithAuntie may suspend work, withhold deliverables, or end the engagement.
Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines begin only when both of the following have happened:
-
payment has been received
-
you have provided all information, forms, documents, passport nationalities, travel dates, departure cities, traveller details, budget information, preferences, approvals, or instructions needed for TravelWithAuntie to begin the work
For fixed-price services purchased directly through the website, the delivery timeline will be stated on the relevant service page.
Where a service is described as delivered within 5 working days, this means within 5 working days after payment and receipt of all required information.
If you delay providing information, documents, forms, feedback, approvals, or clarification, the delivery timeline may be extended.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
-
provide accurate, complete, and timely information
-
make sure you have permission to share information about other travellers
-
check that names, dates, passport details, nationalities, travel preferences, and booking requirements are correct
-
review all deliverables carefully
-
check live prices, availability, terms, cancellation policies, baggage rules, visa rules, transit rules, entry requirements, passport validity, insurance requirements, and supplier policies before booking or travelling
-
make all bookings and payments yourself unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing
-
obtain appropriate travel insurance
-
comply with all travel, visa, entry, transit, airline, accommodation, and destination requirements
TravelWithAuntie relies on the information and instructions you provide. We are not responsible for errors, delays, additional costs, missed opportunities, refused boarding, visa issues, booking issues, or travel problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or late information from you.
Information about other travellers
If you provide information about another traveller, including children, family members, friends, or group members, you confirm that you have their permission or appropriate authority to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided about all travellers is accurate and complete.
Revisions and changes
Revisions, adjustments and follow-up support vary by service.
The number of included revisions, adjustments, clarification requests or support periods, if any, will be set out in the relevant service description, payment page, proposal, invoice, itinerary page, trip information page, or written agreement.
If no revision, adjustment or support allowance is stated, it is not automatically included and may be charged separately.
A revision means a reasonable amendment to work already delivered within the agreed scope.
A request for a new destination, new dates, new travellers, new departure cities, new budget, new trip direction, new visa situation, or substantial change to the brief may be treated as additional work and may require a separate fee.
Cancellations and refunds
We aim to deal with cancellations and refund requests fairly.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your service purchase within 14 days of the day after the contract is made, unless an exception applies.
Because TravelWithAuntie services involve personalised research, planning and preparation, you may ask us to begin work before the 14-day cancellation period has ended. If you do this, you agree that:
-
we may start work before the cancellation period ends
-
if you cancel after work has started, we may charge for the work already carried out and any costs already incurred
-
if the service has been fully completed before you cancel, you may lose the right to cancel that service, where permitted by law
If you cancel before work has started, TravelWithAuntie may offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
If work has already started, refunds are not guaranteed. Any refund will be assessed based on the work already completed, time spent, costs incurred, third-party costs, and the nature of the service purchased.
If a service has been fully delivered, refunds will usually not be available unless there is a legal reason or we agree otherwise.
Payments made directly to airlines, hotels, booking platforms, visa centres, embassies, transport providers, tour providers, insurers, or other third-party suppliers are subject to those suppliers’ own cancellation and refund policies. TravelWithAuntie is not responsible for third-party refunds.
Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation, refund or consumer rights you have by law.
No guarantee of specific results
TravelWithAuntie will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including:
-
cheaper travel prices
-

-

-

-

-
airline decisions
-
supplier performance
-
customer satisfaction with a third-party supplier
-
weather, events, attractions, or destination conditions
Travel and visa outcomes can be affected by many factors outside TravelWithAuntie’s control, including government rules, embassy decisions, supplier availability, airline changes, customer information, travel dates, budget, exchange rates, destination conditions, and third-party policies.
Events outside our reasonable control
TravelWithAuntie will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include, for example, supplier outages, airline disruption, strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, civil unrest, war, terrorism, changes in visa or entry rules, internet or platform outages, illness, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to update you and continue or rearrange the service where possible.
Confidentiality
Both TravelWithAuntie and the customer agree to keep confidential information confidential.
Confidential information may include trip details, traveller information, passport or visa information, payment information, private messages, documents, business information, personal information, and other information that is clearly confidential or should reasonably be treated as confidential.
Confidential information may be used only where necessary to deliver the agreed services or where required by law.
TravelWithAuntie may share confidential information with assistants, contractors, advisers, processors, or service providers where necessary for service delivery, administration, legal, tax, accounting, or operational purposes, provided they are expected to handle the information appropriately.

TravelWithAuntie may use trusted assistants, contractors, advisers, or service providers to support delivery, administration, research, operations, design, communications, or technical tasks.
Where assistants or contractors access customer information, they are expected to handle it confidentially and only for the purposes of supporting TravelWithAuntie’s work.
Intellectual property in deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TravelWithAuntie retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, frameworks, processes, methods, know-how, working files, internal notes, and draft materials.
Once full payment has been received, you may use the final delivered trip plan or service deliverable for your own personal travel planning purposes.
You must not resell, license, redistribute, publish, or present TravelWithAuntie’s templates, frameworks, methods, planning documents, or working files as your own unless we have agreed this in writing.
Testimonials and marketing
TravelWithAuntie will not publish your private travel details, documents, photos, testimonials, messages, or trip information publicly without appropriate permission.
Where you approve TravelWithAuntie’s use of testimonials, screenshots, reviews, photos, destination stories, or feedback, TravelWithAuntie may use them on its website, social media, proposals, portfolio, or marketing materials.
You can ask us to remove or review approved marketing material, and we will consider the request reasonably.

TravelWithAuntie handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
Please read our Privacy Notice to understand what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your data protection rights.

Please include your name, contact details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant documents, screenshots, booking details, or correspondence.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Some complaints may take longer to investigate depending on their complexity.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelWithAuntie will not be liable for:
-
indirect or consequential loss
-
loss of profits, income, business, opportunity, goodwill, enjoyment, or data
-
loss arising from reliance on general website content
-
loss caused by third-party suppliers, airlines, hotels, booking platforms, transport providers, tour companies, visa centres, embassies, consulates, government bodies, insurers, payment processors, websites, platforms, tools, outages, delays, cancellations, or changes
-
loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or misleading information provided by you
-
changes in prices, availability, visa rules, entry requirements, travel restrictions, supplier terms, cancellation policies, weather, destination conditions, or events
-
visa refusal, refused boarding, denied entry, missed flights, missed transfers, cancelled bookings, delayed travel, or supplier failure where this is outside TravelWithAuntie’s reasonable control
Where TravelWithAuntie is found liable in connection with website use, our total liability is limited to £100.
Where TravelWithAuntie is found liable in connection with paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid TravelWithAuntie for the relevant service, unless the law requires otherwise.

TravelWithAuntie may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website with the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
